DepthWise provides a portfolio intelligence platform that enables:

  • For Investors: Portfolio tracking, company monitoring, performance analytics, and investor communication tools
  • For Founders: Investor relations management, update distribution, and fundraising tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Not create multiple accounts or share your account

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

  • Free Tier: Founders can use basic features at no cost
  • Paid Subscriptions: Investors choose from various subscription tiers with different features

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as available
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. Contact us at hello@depthwise.io to request a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

6. User Content

Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you submit to DepthWise. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Store, process, and display your content
  • Provide our services to you and other authorized users
  • Backup and secure your content

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

We are not a financial advisor, and our platform does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepthWise shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
